We do not reuse or resell any items at any time.
Since jewellery is worn internally, it is deemed contaminated after use. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the identical item originally purchased.
Incorrect size purchases
As outlined above, exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase. If you’re uncertain, we strongly recommend visiting a professional piercer to be accurately sized.
Custom-made jewellery
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom jewellery if you change your mind or select the wrong size. When placing a custom order, all details will be confirmed with you beforehand. Once approved, the order is final. As these pieces are specially made for you, they are not suitable for resale.
