We ship all orders via Australia Post and typically use Express Post, as it offers the quickest and most dependable delivery service.
Orders are dispatched daily (excluding weekends). Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. In most cases, express delivery arrives within 1–3 business days.
After your order has been shipped, any delivery delays are the responsibility of Australia Post and are outside of our control. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking details.
Shipping options
Standard Express
This is automatically applied to all orders and includes insurance coverage for items valued up to $100.
Express with Insurance
This option provides full insurance for your order value, up to $1,000. The cost varies depending on the total order amount and will be calculated at checkout.

In-store collection
You can choose to pick up your order from our studio free of charge. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
